Do you actually have the product in stock?
Yes, all products that are showing "Available" are in stock at our store in Lismore NSW.
 
When will my order ship?
Items will be shipped on the same day for orders received before midday on business days. Otherwise, the order will shipped on the next business day. Availability of products is updated on our website every 10 minutes.
 
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, free Shipping is provided for all orders in Australia where the total cost is above $250. For orders under $250 a flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be added at checkout. Note: Free shipping cannot be provided for some remote and rural areas of Australia or Consignment items. All large second-hand items (guitar size and above) will incur a minimum shipping cost of $85. Due to TNT introducing new charges on heavy items, we now have a flat $65 shipping fee for items that exceed 30kg in cubic weight or actual weight.
 
Who are your shipping providers?
We use Australia Post and TNT for most of our deliveries.
